Food Paradise @ Tanjung Sepat

From the Gold Coast Sepang, we headed towards the seafood restaurants as we were hungry by this time. There are many seafood restaurants facing the sea but this one seemed to be the most popular one...

Ocean Seafood Restaurant
Add: Lot 109 Jalan Laut, 42800 Tanjung Sepat
Tel: 03-31974443
Ocean Seafood Restaurant is a typical Chinese style seafood restaurant. The Ocean Seafood Restaurant is a restaurant built on stilts and is located near to the Jetty. In fact the restaurant has a pretty good view of the jetty.

It’s crowded……..

Our food came very fast.
We were enjoyed the fresh  Lala (Clams) in Chinese Wine (RM16)

We also ordered this Salted egg crabs (RM30) - extremely fresh and tasty.

This plate of Yuo Mak (Lactuca sativa) was fresh, sweet and crunchy and the portion was more than generous. (RM6)

Ho Chien (Oysters and Egg Omelette), RM12

Butter Prawns (RM26) - the prawns were big, fresh and extremely delicious.

At the time, the sky was totally downcast and it started to rain. Each dish tasted excellent and only cost us RM 93 for four. Cheap, right?  It was very reasonable, great value for money and a tasty lunch.

Healthy Lifestyle : 6 Ways to Start Your Days

Some people are not morning-people and tends to ruin the day. If you were in such circumstances, what would you do to make your day better? Here are 6 ways to start your days. Try one or several, and experiment until you find what suits you.

Put On Some Music

Music therapy has been shown to reduce stress and have a positive effect on health. But you don't need a therapist to enjoy some of the benefits music has to offer. Listening to music as you get ready to start your day will create positive energy and a soothing sense of peace (or a sense of fun, if you play party music). Music can compliment other healthy lifestyle habits, adding a sense of peace to a yoga workout, putting a spring in your step on a morning walk, or stimulating your mind as you write in your journal.

Stretch in the Shower
The hot water will loosen up your muscles, so it’s easier to get a good stretch. The act of stretching will help to release stored tension and enable you to start the day feeling more relaxed, at peace, and ready to handle what comes your way.
Eat a Balanced Breakfast
For those of you who start the day on a bagel and coffee, read this! Breakfast is known as ‘the most important meal of the day’ for a very good reason: a healthy meal in the morning can balance your blood sugar levels and give you the sustenance you need to handle physical and mental stress. Without it, you will be less resilient, both physically and mentally. Be sure to have plenty of protein and fruit, not just caffeine and empty calories! And my lecturer always emphasizes that you must have breakfast every morning, so that your brain functions well.

Drink Green Tea
Sipping a warm cup of tea is a soothing activity that will help you prepare for the day ahead and feel nurtured. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants, so it’s a delicious and healthy lifestyle choice.

Write in Your Journal

Journaling has many health and stress management benefits, and can also lead to increased self-awareness. Writing once a day can help you feel focused, process negative emotions, and solve problems.

Morning Walk

Walking has so many health benefits, the stress management benefits are practically just great! A morning walk can get you ready for your day, help you sleep better at night, lower your stress levels, and reduce the risk of numerous health conditions. And if you bring a dog with you, you’ll be lavished with attention as well!

Yoga
For a healthy body and peaceful mind, combining all the goodness of several stress management techniques, such as diaphragmic breathing, meditation, stretching and more, yoga provides some of the best stress management and health benefits you can find in a single technique. A good way to start your morning is by doing a series of yoga poses called Sun Salutations.

With the above-mentioned activities, there will be one or more that will suit you best. These activities make you stay healthy always and make your days more meaningful. Let’s start your day positive!

In today's world, most women will have to plan for their future, women cannot depends on men 100%. Therefore women should consider risk minimization investments for example investing in property, unit trust and retirement plan.

*Invest in property
Property purchase is a stable investment in today's marketplace. We are all aware that capital returns vary accordingly to the market in which we invest and, chosen in the correct location, property can offer better returns than any form of investment.

*Invest in Unit Trust
Unit Trust is an idea way for small investors to invest for their future. For women who just starting out in investment, unit trusts is a very good option to invest. Unit trust risk are low so there is more security.

*Invest in Retirement plan
Retirements plan can provide retirement security. The interest in fixed so it is pretty safe. By investing in retirement plans you won't have to worry financial problems as you age as you're guaranteed money in your retirement day .

In my opinion, women have to start planning for the future from a very young age. Planning is important for your own financial security. - By Firefly -

Is time to say goodbye Shopaholic

A shopaholic is a person who can't stop shopping. When a shopaholic sees something they want, they get a strong urge to buy it. No matter the age or profession. As responsible women, we should learn how to use money wisely and save for our future.

Let's face it. Ladies love shopping. Just like the movie ‘Confessions of a Shopaholic', shopaholics are beautiful, shopaholics are happy, shopaholics are playful. In reality, many women have shopaholic tendencies. Whether you're feeling happy, upset or bored shopping is the cure.

So how do we keep our shopping sprees in check? Here are some ways:

Tip 1: Buy only what is necessary
Before you go shopping, you should list down the items you want to buy.It can control your spending so you don’t simply buy anything that is useless.

Tip 2:Don’t get influenced by advertisements through mass media
Advertisements play an important role in our society and women will be tempted by advertisements. Therefore you should learn how to stay clear from the lure of advertisements.

Tip 3: Learn how to calculate
Calculate the actual amount you spend on every item you purchase every month. After sometime, you will be able to understand your monthly expenses and manage your finances better.

Tip 4: Avoid using the credit card
You must save money for other purposes such as investment and property. You should try to avoid using credit cards to buy anything while shopping.

Being a smart shopaholic is easy! It all depends on how you spend your money on your favorite things.

Utter Hydrate

Every girl dreams of smooth and flawless skin but is it truly achievable? This is a question that has been unanswered for centuries. Today, it’s essential for women to care for their skin.

In fact, beautiful skin is a MUST have!

The Amazing Luxury Goods

Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion

What so impressed me about this product? It was definitely from the advertisement when I first saw on TV. It mentioned that it was one of the bestsellers in Japan with a bottle sold every 4 seconds. Doesn’t that sound interesting?
Whenever I pass by a Guardian’s outlet, I would steal a glance and be tempted to buy the Hada Labo Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion. But I never bought it until my friends truly recommended this moisturizing lotion to me. I also found some reviews of this product on the Internet and I realized that it was all satisfied comments and feedback.

So, I ran immediately to the nearby Guardian outlet to GRAB one of the Super Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizing Lotion. It’s very cheap and reasonable, and costs only RM 38.00. On top of that, there was a 10% discount. Definitely worth it!
However, in Asian Cosmetic, “Lotion” is always referred to a moisturizer toner which is normally used after cleansing and before moisturizing.

*Remember this and don’t get it wrongly.*

Guess what? I used Hada Labo for the past 2 months and the result was really unexpected. You will get what I mean once you’ve tried it out. ♥ Thumbs up!  It instantly hydrates skin and helps preserve its optimum moisture balance. Besides that, it helps improve dry and dehydrated skin, leaving it silky smooth. It is also free of colors and fragrances. I am in love with it!
In addition, it contains advanced skin hydrating ingredients-Super Hyaluronic Acid, with twice the moisture retention capacity of Hyaluronic Acid ( 1gm of of Hyaluronic Acid is able to hold up 6 liters of water). In other words, Super Hyaluronic Acid provides 2 times more moisture and hydration.
For me, I just need to pour 2 drops from the bottle to my palm and it is sufficient to apply on my entire face. Then, I rub it together and apply on my face from the T-zone, to both my cheeks and chin.
Initially, I the product felt sticky on my face. So I do the same gesture every girl will do- patting. I keep patting and patting the lotion on my face. Eventually, the lotionwill be absorbed into my skin and it will feel very soft and hydrated. I use it twice daily, once in the day and once at night.

If you don’t have one, please GRAB it now to hydrate and moisturize your skin.

+.+  Sweet Reminder  +.+
"Quench your throat with water when you are thirsty;
Soften your skin with moisture cream/gel when it is dehydrating."
